Steps to smooth your legs

1. Fill a small tub with warm water enough to soak your feet. Place it in a location that you feel is comfortable. Prepare a large towel near you.

2. While sitting relaxed, soak your feet in warm water for 10 to 15 minutes so that the dead skin becomes softer.

3. Lift your left leg from the tub, then rub the pumice stone on the soles of your feet. Apply light pressure to the rock, and move it in a circular motion to remove all dead skin on the soles of your feet. Rinse the pumice stone in the immersion water and return your feet to the starting position.

4. Repeat step number 3 for the right foot.

5. After all the feet are finished rubbing with pumice, place them in the water. Use water to wash the remnants of dead skin that is still attached. Use the fingers of your hand so that the legs can be perfectly sighed.

6. Lift the leg from the tub and place it on a large towel. Dry your whole feet with the towel.

7. Apply a lot of foot moisturizer on the entire surface of your feet before you sleep every night. Wrap each leg in a plastic wrap, then wrap the plastic with a pair of cotton socks to hold the moisture while you sleep. Look for a moisturizer designed for dry skin that is supplemented with additional ingredients that are soothing to the skin.

8. Massage a little petroleum jelly every morning to soften the skin during the day. This petroleum jelly preserves the moisture of your skin which prevents your skin from drying out. In addition, petroleum jelly can also soften dead skin so it is easier to clean. Apply additional petroleum jelly up to three times per day.
