Kimbap
This type of food
is more similar to Japanese sushi. Only difference is that rice kimbap is more
savory even though it is enjoyed without sauce.
Ingredients:
- Omelette eggs,
nuggets, sauteed sesame spinach, kimchi, stir-fried ground beef and crab sticks
thinly cut.
-1-2 pickled yellow
radish, you can buy it in Korean supermarkets, cut it thin.
- Seaweed (just
like sushi) to taste
-White white
-White rice
- Salt, pepper and
sesame oil to taste.
- Rollers (same as
sushi)
How to make:
1. Plant white rice
and sticky rice with a 2: 1 ratio, then add water as usual to cook rice.
2. When cooked,
stir the rice with salt, pepper and sesame oil to taste.
3. Cut and prepare
all the contents. For nuggets, don't forget to fry them first.
4. Take the roller,
place the sheet of seaweed on it.
5. Place the rice,
but not too much and full. Leave space in the upper part of the seaweed to
roll.
6. Place the
contents you like in sequence.
7. Roll until
solid, cut it into eight parts and eat it!
