A healthy food menu that is widely known is salad, here is how to make it: 

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces of red lettuce, cut
  • 4 pieces of green lettuce, cut
  • 1 fresh red tomato, thinly sliced
  • ½ red peppers, cut into small pieces
  • 3 tablespoons of canned tuna fish
  • Olive oil to taste
  • ½ lemon, squeeze the water
  • Sufficient cheese, grated
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  How to make:
  • Mix red lettuce, green lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, tuna.
  • Pour olive oil and lemon juice, add black pepper and salt.
  • Mix all the ingredients until they are flat using clean hands,
  • After everything is evenly mixed, add grated cheese on top, serve.
